Terms of Service
These terms describe how Wild West Window Wash handles estimates, scheduling, payment, and service work.
Estimates
Quoted prices are based on the information available at the time of the estimate. If the actual condition, size, or access is materially different from what was described, the final price may change.
If a change is needed, we will explain it before work continues.
Scheduling
Appointment windows may be affected by weather, safety conditions, equipment issues, or route changes.
If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available opening.
Access and site conditions
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property, including unlocked gates, pets secured, and clear access to work areas.
We may decline or pause work if site conditions are unsafe.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms provided with your invoice or proposal.
For recurring or commercial work, payment timing may be governed by the written service agreement or proposal in place for that account.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move an appointment.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.
Sundown Guarantee
If you're not thrilled before sundown, we come back within 48 hours and re-clean. No questions.
The guarantee applies to the quality of the completed service and does not cover new buildup caused after the visit, unrelated property conditions, or services outside the agreed scope.
